PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Georgia Revolution FC Academy Program is comprised of our U10-U12 players. This program aims to instill a love of the sport into the players while building on their technical abilities and growing their soccer IQ.

Each coach has been trained to provide each player with a solid foundation of skills, abilities, knowledge, and love of the sport. They train within the Georgia Revolution FC curriculum, introduced to the same values and standards that define our club at every level.

This is a competitive academy program. Players and families who are looking for a low-commitment recreational experience will be better served by our rec program through Southern Crescent Soccer.
TRYOUTS & TEAM PLACEMENT

PRE-ACADEMY
Geranium City FC's introduction to competitive soccer for players ages 6-8.
Where the love of the game begins.
Each Player is required to try out for the Academy program. There is no guarantee of acceptance to a team. Our goal is to provide everybody access to Club Level soccer, but this is not always possible. Team selection is based on a variety of factors (Skill Level, Attitude, Age, etc.), but most important is how a player fits into the training environment. Some of our age groups have multiple teams that players can be placed on. In these cases, team selection is based primarily on skill level to ensure that each player is getting the appropriate development. Players of this age need to play with kids at a similar level of skill to foster an encouraging and growth-centered training environment. This keeps them on track developmentally, as well.
